Mica GP-325 is micronized Muscovite mica from white mineral ore and is used as a filler and extender in gypsum wallboard joint cement compounds to fill the joints between panel and wall boards and finish seams and blemishes. Mica particles are
insoluble and impenetrable to water, protecting the wall surfaces from moisture penetration. It contributes to making a non-absorbing smooth surface, reduces shrinkage, and eliminates cracks as mica mixed compounds easily bridge the gap and holes in rough masonry and seal the porous surfaces. It further enhances the decorative effect of the wall surface.
